Terms and Conditions of the Prize draw

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME

ITEM 3: COMPETITION START DATE AND END DATE

Start Date: Friday 22nd October 2021 at 12.00pm

Please note, the end date has been EXTENDED until Sunday 21st November 2021 at 11.59pm

Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (as stated above) will be invalid.

ITEM 4: COMPETITION DETAILS

Eligibility criteria:

Complete the Quiz, Survey and Footprint Calculator at www.carbonsavvy.uk/shop4good-competition

Restrictions:

Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over on date of entry.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

The prize draw will take place within 3 days of the closing date.

One winner will be randomly selected per prize.

We’ll make 2 attempts to contact the winner over 6 days. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the last attempt, we will pick another winner at random from the list of eligible entries.

Vouchers or prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the winner or gifted at time of winning by notifying us immediately by email. 

All vouchers are to be redeemed by 31st October 2022 and in the case of restaurant bookings, offer excludes bookings over bank holidays.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

All prizes are for those with a Devon postcode, with the exception of

A) Ethical consumer magazine digital subscription, B) electric blankets  C) Rachael Hunter’s carbon coaching session D) Bottle of wine from Sharpham

ITEM 7: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners will be announced within 10 days of the closing date, to allow time to contact winners and confirm they accept the prize..

ITEM 8: DATA PROTECTION

By entering the Competition, entrants are automatically consenting to Carbon Savvy handling their data SOLELY for the purposes of CO2 footprint tracking.

ITEM 9: OTHER CONDITIONS

We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them. All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or awarding of prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Competition. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this Competition if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
